DOC Quarterly Food Program
 
Incarcerated Individuals of Georgia Correctional Institutions: The items in this catalog are considered Food Quarterly Package items and have been approved by the Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC). Union Supply accepts web, mail, and phone orders from individuals on the incarcerated individual’s approved visitor’s list.
 
ORDERING PERIOD: Orders accepted October 1- October 31, 2025. All orders must be received by Union Supply by October 31, 2025. Orders received after this date will not be processed.
 
Order Limit: A Department of Correction’s incarcerated individual may receive multiple orders up to 15 lbs. (240 ounces) or $100 of product, whichever is reached first. For incarcerated individual’s located at the Detention Centers, an incarcerated individual may receive up to 7 lbs. (112 ounces) or $50 of product, whichever is reached first. Ineligible Incarcerated Individuals: Eligibility to participate in the Food Package Program is determined by facility level. All incarcerated individuals placed in a Tier status are ineligible to participate. Union Supply verifies incarcerated individual eligibility before shipping packages.
 
PRODUCT: Union Supply attempts to show and describe merchandise and all related information as accurately as possible. However, Union Supply does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of our catalog, order form or website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In addition, manufacturers may make changes in product design, color, package size and style at any time. Union Supply reserves the right to update or correct item information and to change prices and offers at any time. If a product offered by Union Supply is not as described, your remedy is as follows: (1) immediately return it, unused, upon receipt while complying with your facility’s rules and regulations. (2) If an item is unavailable for any reason, we will obtain approval by the Georgia Department of Corrections to substitute with an item of equal or greater value. We regret any of these changes and make every effort to ship the proper product that you request.
 
PAYMENT METHOD: Union Supply accepts the following forms of payment: credit card, personal check or money order (must be domestic, printed in the U.S.) or cash payment through ACE Cash Express. Your credit card will be billed upon placement of your order. We accept all major credit and debit cards with the following logos: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. The following forms of payments are not accepted: Green Dot, Cash App, Apple Pay. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact card holder name, billing address, CVV code and telephone number that your credit card issuer bank has on file for you.
 
SALES TAX: Sales Tax rates are subject to change at any time.
 
SHIPPING: All orders are subject to a $2.95 shipping fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
 
DELIVERY: All packages will be delivered by December 18, 2025. The institutions will distribute the packages accordingly, shortly after their arrival at the facility. Please check out the FAQ section on our website for your loved one’s facility delivery date. All facility delivery dates are subject to change.
 
RETURNS & REFUNDS: Used or abused items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please check all your items upon receipt. If any of these items are found to be missing, defective or damaged in shipping, please notify a facility staff inventorying your package immediately. Damaged or defective food and hygiene items will be refunded. Non-food items may be returned for a refund or replacement. If the original payment was made by credit or debit card, approved refunds will be credited back to the card used in the original purchase, including prepaid credit and debit cards.

DOC Property Monthly Program
 
Ordering Limits & Restrictions: The items in this catalog are considered Property Package items and have been approved by the Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC). Union Supply accepts web, mail, and phone orders from individuals on the incarcerated individual’s approved visitor’s list. Catalog items and pricing are good for a 6 month period.
 
Ordering Information: Ordering begins November 1, 2025 - April 30, 2026. Delivery of packages will be scheduled with each facility on a weekly basis. Please check the FAQ’s page at www.GApackageprogram.com for more information regarding delivery.
 
Georgia PROPERTY Package Regulations:
1. Eligible incarcerated individuals may receive one (1) property package per month.
2. Some property items have purchase limits by quantity and time frame limits, please see the chart below.
3. Incarcerated individuals’ ability to receive an order will be verified before orders are shipped.
4. GDC allows family and friends on an incarcerated individual’s approved visitor’s list to place orders.
5. Certain items may be deemed gender specific and can only be purchased for the designated gender.
6. Incarcerated Individuals housed in Georgia Detentions Centers are not allowed to participate in the Property Package Program.

(2) If an item is unavailable for any reason, we will obtain approval by the Georgia Department of Corrections to substitute with an item of equal or greater value or we will substitute with an alternate item if indicated on your order form. If you do not want us to substitute, please check the box on the order form that states do not substitute, and we will happily issue a refund for the item(s). Shipping: Union Supply is required by the state of Georgia to collect sales tax on all orders and shipping fees. Shipping for all orders is $3.95. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please reference the tax chart provided noting the facility’s tax rate.

Phone Orders: Tell the Union Supply customer representative that you would like to make an ACE Cash Express payment. The representative will provide you with the information you need to make your ACE cash payment and the location closest to you. Web Orders: Place your order at GApackageprogram.com. Select payment option “Cash Payment at ACE Cash Express” when you check out. Click the “Store Locator” link to find the ACE Cash Express location closest to you. Print your order summary page to bring with you when you make your payment.
 
Go to the ACE Cash Express store and inform the clerk that you are making a Union Supply payment, provide the Order Reference (Sales Order) Number, Exact Dollar Amount of the Order, Incarcerated individuals ID Number and Incarcerated individual’s Last Name. Make a payment for the exact dollar amount due on the order, plus a $3.00 service fee per payment. Allow 48 hours for your payment to be applied and retain the receipt from ACE Cash Express for record of your transaction. Full payment must be received by April 30, 2026 or it will be cancelled. All refunds will be processed by Union Supply and mailed to the customer’s address on file for the order.

Muscogee County Prison General Package Program
 
PROGRAM INFORMATION: Orders can be placed directly with Union Supply where institutional policy allows. For mail orders, please use the order forms provided to the facility.
 
ORDERING PERIOD: Family, Friends & Offenders of Muscogee County Prison. Orders accepted November 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026. All orders must be received by Union Supply by March 31, 2026. Orders received after this date will not be processed.
